Her early life and career beginnings
Phoebe’s parents, screenwriter Tim Dynevor and actress Sally Dynevor raised her alongside her younger siblings, Samuel and Harriet, in Altrincham, South Manchester. She attended Oakfield Nursery School Altrincham and Chesapeake Hulme School in Stockport, where she considered herself a misfit.
