Born in Valencia, California, her first-ever television role was in 2007 on a celebrated sitcom My Name is Earl, then in 2009, she starred in the United States of Tara. The next year, she got her big break when she was cast as Jennifer 2 in the comedy show Big Time Rush. Although she was bought in as a substitute for Spencer Locke as she was away filming Resident Evil: Afterlife, her remarkable portrayal of the character got her a permanent position in the series.
Later in 2012, Kelli Goss starred in the movie Sexting in Suburbia, which is still considered one of her notable works.
